"Bruce"-- a seasoned salesman-- assured me when I selected the leather color for my Ekornes ottoman that if I didn't like it when it arrived weeks later, he would replace it with a color I did like. I was highly skeptical but waited anxiously until it arrived. On delivery day I compared the new ottoman with my sofa and love seat; its color was not suitable. True to his word, Bruce ordered a new ottoman with a different leather color. He not only didn't charge me for what I'm guessing might be a higher price, but he will personally arrange delivery from his store (and not a freight company) to deliver it and pick up the first ottoman.
